Spa Etiquette


To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended that you schedule your experience at The G Spa with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. All med spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu services and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.


To begin your experience at The G Spa, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new patients, please allow 15 minutes to complete the new patient profile. Delayed arrival time will limit the time for your experience, potentially reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other patients, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications).

Cancelation Or Rescheduling

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment via text or phone call. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a 24 hour advance notice is required. A 48 hour advance notice is required for any spa package or treatments lasting longer than 2 hours. If you fail to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour time frame, you will be charged a late cancellation fee which is 50% of your scheduled service charge.

Spa Payments, Gratuity, Gift Cards

Payments are accepted in the form of cash, most major credit cards, Care Credit and The G Spa gift cards/certificates. Gift Card/Certificate cannot be used to purchase other gift cards/certificates. The card/certificate must be presented at the time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices are subject to change without notice. The G Spa gift card/certificate is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any unused Balance will remain on the card/certificate. This card is non transferable and The G Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of the card/certificate. Gift cards do not expire.

Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest

The G Spa Membership Program

The G Spa Membership Program offers discounts on monthly spa services. The membership benefits include one Fire and Ice Facial per month, 20% discount on additional spa services, 10% off all products and a $50 Gift Card for your Birthday.

The G Spa Membership Program fee is $99 per month + tax . *A 12 MONTH COMMITMENT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL MEMBERSHIPS.*

Memberships cannot be cancelled during the 12 month commitment period. If for any reason you need to cancel before the 12 month commitment period is over, you may do so by filling out a G Spa Membership Request to Cancel Form at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle and paying a $150 early cancellation fee.

We accept guests of all ages, however, some services may require parental release before the service can be rendered. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
